Hurlston Hall Country Caravan Park offers residential park homes for mature or retired people in a secure and well maintained environment.
The following information may be helpful in choosing your home: -
| ¡ | All residential park homes are protected under the Mobile Homes Act 1983, giving residents effective security of tenure. |
| ¡ | All residential park homes are connected to mains water, electricity and sewerage. |
| ¡ | The park supplies bottled propane gas at a competitive rate. |
| ¡ | Telephone connections are available at the standard British Telecom rate. |
| ¡ | Weekly pitch fees for residential park homes effective from the 1st March 2009 are as follows:- |
| ¡ | Unfortunately there are no plans to site any more new residential park homes. |
| ¡ | Park Homes are liable for Council Tax at the relevant band rate. Payment should be arranged by the park residents in conjunction with West Lancashire District Council. |
